In recent years, with the increasing demand for the quality of aluminum alloy forging processing, people's requirements for burrs on aluminum parts have become more stringent, and the methods of burrs are also getting closer from time to time. 1. Manual deburring
This is a more traditional and commonly used method in aluminum alloy die-casting factories, which uses files (including manual and pneumatic files), sandpaper, sanding belt machines, and grinding heads as auxiliary tools.
Defects: The labor cost is relatively expensive, the efficiency is not very high, and it is difficult to remove complex insertion holes.
Applicable objects: Aluminum parts with low technical requirements for workers, small burrs, and simple product structures.
2. Deburring of stamping dies
Using a manufacturing die in conjunction with a punching machine to stop deburring.
Defect: Requires a certain manufacturing cost for stamping dies (rough dies+precision dies), and may also require the production of shaping dies.
Target audience: Suitable for aluminum parts with simple parting surfaces, with better efficiency and deburring effect than manual labor.
3. Grinding and deburring
This type of deburring includes vibration, sandblasting, drum and other methods, which are currently widely used in aluminum alloy die-casting factories.
Defect: There is a problem of not removing very cleanly, which may require manual disposal of remaining burrs or cooperation with other methods to remove burrs in the future.
Applicable object: Suitable for large batches of small aluminum parts.

4. Freeze deburring
Apply cooling to rapidly brittle the burrs, and then use radiation pellets to remove the burrs. The equipment price is approximately two to three hundred thousand yuan;
Applicable object: Suitable for aluminum parts with small burr wall thickness and small volume.
5. Hot explosion deburring
Also known as thermal deburring or explosion deburring. After introducing some flammable gases into a furnace, and then subjecting them to certain media and conditions, the gas explodes instantly, and the energy generated by the explosion is used to dissolve and remove burrs.
Defects: expensive equipment (millions of dollars), high technical requirements for operation, low efficiency, and adverse effects (rusting, deformation);
Target audience: Mainly used in some high-precision component categories, such as automotive and aerospace precision components.
6. Carving machine deburring
The equipment price is not very expensive (tens of thousands).
Target audience: Suitable for simple spatial structures with regular deburring locations.
7. Chemical deburring
Wanda Forging uses the principle of electrochemical reaction to automatically and selectively remove burrs from parts made of metal materials.
Applicable object: Suitable for internal burrs that are difficult to remove, suitable for small burrs (thickness less than 7 threads) on pump bodies, valve bodies, and other products.
